Does anyone know who did the music for the rwo "Rock 'n Roll Never Dies"
episodes (Season 6). Rockford is hired by Tim Ritchie (played by
Kristoffer Tabori)to find his bandmate. Tim was lead singer for a band
called The Faces (maybe). There's one really good song that I've never
been able to identify.

Thanks,

Lar

Lar, I'll take a wild stab that Mike Post probably created this as 'source
music' for this episode. (Source music doesn't always have to be a record or
radio playing.) If Post didn't compose this, he probably hired an
aquaintence or local Union 'rock' musician to create this track as an
uncredited, but paid for track. Check the closing credits if possible. I
can't as I don't have a tape, and see if there is an "Additional Music
Provided by" credit. Short of that - it would have to be a Mike post
original composition as per union regs.

Hope this helped

ALSO.. isn't it the same "artist" that did the opening "song" in "The
Jersey Bounce"?
